Gumstix Overo COMs are built with components rated from 0 C to 85 C.

• Due to the constraints of board size, connector placements and size of other components on the Overo COM, Gumstix has placed Texas Instrument's 12mmx12mm 515POP-FCBGA package on each Overo COM. This OMAP package is rated from 0 C to 90 C.
• The TPS65950 power management IC is rated from -40 C to +85 C.

Customers looking for a Gumstix solution built with components rated to extended temperatures should:

• Consider using the Verdex Pro series, built with components rated from -25 C to 85 C.
