LCD Ready

"LCD-ready" indicates that the expansion board is "plug and play". Plug the LCD display directly into the LCD port of related "LCD-ready" expansion board.

• The 45 pin connector on the LCD-ready expansion board attaches directly to the Samsung screen.

• Backlight, 3.3v supply power, touchscreen and LCD signaling is all provided on that one 45-pin connector of the LCD-ready expansion board.

• The Samsung screen utilizes the LED driver circuit and 3.3V power supply.

LCD Signals

The term LCD-signals indicates a feature that is available on select expansion boards. The boards are not LCD-ready for direct plug-in of the LCD screen but an LCD screen can be wired directly to the expansion board.
